I ordered a router storage box from your website based on the pictures you advertised, but what I received is a totally different product. The item is cheap, damaged, scratched, and does NOT match the design shown at all. This is clearly false advertising and misrepresentation.
On top of that:
• The product arrived in a very poor condition with visible damage.
• I emailed your support — no response.
• The contact number on your website is fake.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers are paying hard-earned money and you are sending low-quality, wrong items with no customer support.
I want an immediate refund or replacement. If I don’t get a response soon, I will be reporting this to consumer protection authorities and sharing this experience everywhere so others don’t get trapped.
